Château Filhot, located south of the village of Sauternes, covers 62 hectares of soils composed of gravel, clay and sand resting on a limestone plateau. Vinification is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed by aging in Allier oak barrels, with a 30% renewal of the barrels each year. Bottling takes place 20 to 24 months after fermentation.
