You can choose between 2 delivery methods

By Colissimo: delivery to a destination address in metropolitan France or the European countries indicated below. Processing and shipping costs vary by country. This package includes the preparation and sending of the order.

Colissimo Collection Point: delivery to a network point (Relay Point, Post Office). Processing and shipping costs vary by shipping country.

European Union
The processing and shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the country of destination. This package includes the preparation and sending of the products by Colissimo International to a destination address in the European Union. You can find out the amount of the processing and shipping costs at any time by consulting your basket.
Other countries
The processing and shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the country of destination. You can choose between 2 formulas: Colissimo International or Colissimo point Withdrawal. You can find out the amount of the processing and shipping costs at any time by consulting your basket.
Also note that your order is invoiced to you excluding taxes. Depending on the country, customs taxes may be requested in addition upon delivery.

Article 7 - Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address or to the relay point that you indicated during the ordering process. For deliveries in France, deliveries are made by La Poste, or by suitable carrier.
When paying by credit card, orders are shipped the same day for orders placed before 11 a.m. and the next day for orders placed after 11 a.m. Orders validated on Friday after 11 a.m. are dispatched the following Monday except for exceptional opening on Saturday. Orders validated on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Public holidays are considered a Sunday.
In case of payment by check and for control reasons, orders are dispatched between 1 and 10 days following the cashing of the check.
In case of payment by bank transfer, orders are shipped the day after receipt of the bank transfer. For transfers received on Friday, orders are shipped the following Monday.
Article 8 - Delivery times
The delivery times indicated here are valid under normal service conditions and for shipments made by our usual carriers.
If the processing of your order (particularly due to the weight of the packages, etc.) requires a particular routing solution, the delivery times will be specified to you when you place your order. If these deadlines were not to satisfy you, you would have the possibility of canceling your order.
Similarly in the event of a strike by postal services, road carriers (more generally any social disturbance), or climatic incidents, delivery times could be extended.
France
For Colissimo shipments, you will receive your package within 48 – 72 working hours following the date of shipment.
These deadlines are for deliveries in mainland France, for working days, excluding postal delivery problems and subject to product availability.
Other countries
For the European Union and Switzerland, deliveries are generally made within 7 working days (average times noted).
Our Sales Department can provide you with any additional information as well as an estimate of delivery times.
In case of absence at your home during the delivery person's visit, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. You will then be able to collect your package from the agency indicated on the voucher, provided with an identity document and the voucher.
If the recipient does not claim the package within 15 days, it will be returned to us and we will notify you by e-mail.
Article 9 - Delivery deadlines
The times indicated in article 8 are the delivery times usually observed. We are committed to delivering orders:
