1. Available delivery methods

Deliveries are provided by reliable partner carriers, depending on the destination country:

  • Colissimo then local post office (indicative delivery times: 2 to 7 working days)

  • DPD (indicative deadlines: 24 to 72 hours)

  • DHL Express (indicative deadlines: 24 to 48 hours)

The choice of carrier and delivery times is made according to the weight, volume of the order and the delivery country selected.

📌 We do not deliver to territories with addresses containing an SP code.

3. Shipping times

  • Orders validated before 12 p.m. (French time): shipped on same day.

  • Orders passed after 12 p.m. : shipped on next working day.

  • Orders placed Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday or Sunday: shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.

  • Public holidays : considered as non-working, shipping is postponed to the next working day.

4. Estimated delivery times

When validating your order, a indicative estimate of the delivery time is provided to you.

We are making every effort to meet these deadlines, but they remain non-contractual, particularly during periods of high activity (e.g. Christmas), or in the event of:

  • public holidays not taken into account in certain destination countries,

  • climatic, social, logistical or customs disruptions.

5. Monitoring and reception

  • If a recipient's mobile phone number is provided, the carrier will send him a delivery slot or Pickup alert.

  • In case of absence at the time of delivery, a notice of passage will be dropped off, and the package will be made available at a relay point or local agency during 9 to 15 days depending on the carrier.

  • If not collected within this period, the package will be returned to us.

6. Shipping costs

Processing and shipping fees are automatically calculated based on:

  • THE total weight of the order,

  • there destination,

  • THE selected delivery method.

These include: preparation, packaging, and shipping.

7. Orders outside the European Union

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union are invoiced excluding taxes. Customs duties or local taxes may be claimed by local authorities upon receipt. These charges are at the sole expense of the customer.

8. Maximum Delivery Commitment

  • Delivery in France : within a time limit maximum of 15 days after collection.

  • Delivery to the European Union countries and Switzerland : within a time limit maximum of 20 days after collection.
