Article 5 - Validation of an order

Validation by the Client

You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Validating your order therefore constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. For orders placed directly on our website or by telephone if you have provided us with an email address, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by www.cestcela.fr constitute proof of all transactions between www.cestcela.fr and its customers.

Validation by C'est Cela

Upon receipt of orders, C'est Cela ensures the consistency of the data communicated. As part of its policy to combat fraudulent payments, C'est Cela reserves the right to conduct any necessary investigations before confirming an order. This may include requesting proof of address or bank details. If no confirmation is received within 15 days, the order will be canceled and the amounts refunded.

Article 6 - Products

Availability

Our offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and while stocks last. In the event of unavailability (incorrect stock, breakage), we will offer you a choice of:

  • reimbursement of the missing product(s),

  • a replacement with one or more products of equivalent value,

  • cancellation of the order.

In the event of unavailability of a product in a gourmet basket, C'est Cela reserves the right to replace it with a product of equal or greater value, without changing the spirit or aesthetics of the box.

Article 10 - Payment

Payment is made in cash:

  • by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Shopify Payments,

  • by phone,

  • by Paypal.

No order is shipped without full payment.

Discount codes apply only to the amount of the products (excluding shipping costs), are non-cumulative, non-retroactive, and valid while stocks last and until the validity date indicated.

Article 11 - After-Sales Service and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 15 days upon receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned complete, unopened, in their original packaging to:
C'EST CELA, 24 Rue Jean Jaurès, 79300 Bressuire.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. No returns will be accepted more than one month after the order.

Article 13 - Liability

C'est Cela declines all responsibility for improper use of the products sold. Liability for defects or damages lies with the manufacturer.

We reserve the right to modify or remove any content from the site for legal or technical reasons.

Article 14 - Applicable law – Disputes

This contract is subject to the French lawThe language of the contract is French.

In the event of a dispute, customers can contact:

  • either the courts within the jurisdiction of the registered office from THIS IS IT (Deux-Sèvres),

  • either, for customers residing in the European Union, the jurisdictions of the place of delivery.

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you can use the FEVAD e-commerce mediator (Federation of e-commerce and distance selling):

Cookies may be used for statistical or advertising purposes. Browsing data may be transmitted to authorized third parties in compliance with the GDPR.

Article 16 - Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, sounds, code) is protected and remains the exclusive property of C'est Cela. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 17 - Product reviews

Product reviews are written voluntarily by identified customers. They do not give rise to any compensation.

Reviews are moderated before publication, valid for 10 years, and can be modified or deleted upon request by contacting: g.lajotte@cestcela.fr (processing time: 30 working days).
