Article 5 - Order Confirmation

Client Validation

You acknowledge that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Therefore, validating your order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. For orders placed directly on our website or by telephone if you have provided us with an email address, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by www.cestcela.fr constitute proof of all transactions that have taken place between www.cestcela.fr and its clients.

Validation by C'est Cela

Upon receipt of the orders, C'est Cela ensures the consistency of the data provided. As part of its policy to combat fraudulent payments, C'est Cela reserves the right to conduct any necessary investigation before validating an order. This may include, in particular, requesting proof of address or bank details. If no validation occurs within 15 days, the order will be cancelled and the amount refunded.

Article 6 - Products

Availability

Our offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and while stocks last. In case of unavailability (incorrect stock, breakage), we will offer you the following options:

  • the refund for the missing product(s),

  • a replacement with one or more products of equivalent value,

  • order cancellation.

In the event that a product included in a gourmet basket is unavailable, C'est Cela reserves the right to replace it with a product of equal or greater value, without altering the spirit or aesthetics of the box.

Article 10 - Payment

Payment is due in cash:

  • by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Shopify Payments,

  • by telephone,

  • via PayPal.

No order is shipped without full payment.

Discount codes apply only to the amount of products (excluding shipping costs), cannot be combined, are not retroactive, and are valid while stocks last and until the indicated expiry date.

Article 11 - After-Sales Service and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 15 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned complete, unopened, in their original packaging to:
C'EST CELA, 3 Rue Jean Mermoz, 79300 Bressuire.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted more than one month after the order date.

Article 13 - Responsibility

C'est Cela declines all responsibility in the event of improper use of the products sold. Liability for defects or damage lies with the manufacturer.

We reserve the right to modify or remove any content from the site for legal or technical reasons.

Article 14 - Applicable Law – Disputes

This contract is subject to the French law. The language of the contract is French.

In the event of a dispute, customers can contact:

  • either the jurisdictions of the district of the head office from THAT'S IT (Deux-Sèvres),

  • that is, for customers residing in the European Union, the jurisdictions of the place of delivery.

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you can use the free FEVAD e-commerce mediator (Federation of e-commerce and distance selling):

Cookies may be used for statistical or advertising purposes. Browsing data may be transmitted to authorized third parties in compliance with the GDPR.

Article 16 - Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, sounds, code) is protected and remains the exclusive property of C'est Cela. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 17 - Product Reviews

Product reviews are written voluntarily by identified customers. They are not remunerated.

Reviews are moderated before publication, are valid for 10 years, and can be modified or deleted upon request by contacting: g.lajotte@cestcela.fr (Processing time: 30 working days).
