Bodineau domain
Since 1850, the family estate has grown over the generations. The family estate now covers more than 40 hectares, located in the heart from Coteaux du Layon and operated by Frédéric and Anne-Sophie, brother and sister.

Domaine La Gachère
Family business since 1950, it is in In 1999, twin brothers Alain and Gilles Lemoine succeeded their father. The Domaine de la Gachère vineyard now covers 32 hectares on the siliceous-clayey soil of the Haut Layon. Their wines regularly receive medals, particularly their Sauvignon and Crémant, which also receive world medals.

Lise Baccara
For over 30 years, Lise Baccara has been offering exceptional cognac and delicious aperitifs made with cognac, natural fruits and plants. Gérard Paignon, the brand's founding winemaker and master liqueur maker, invites you to discover a a unique universe that is both gourmet and refined.

Widow
It was in 1884 that Elisa Amiot, widowed for two years, took her destiny into her own hands and founded her own fine sparkling wine house, determined to conquer the world. Today, Maison Veuve Amiot masters the entire production process using the traditional Champagne method. Their cellars cover almost 30 km of underground space, making them one of the largest wineries in Saumur.

Joseph Perrier
The Maison was founded in 1825 by a founding father-son duo, François-Alexandre and Joseph Perrier. Since then, the house has been passed down from father to son or cousin for six generations. Currently chaired by Jean-Claude Fourmon, a descendant of Joseph Perrier, the house continues to pass on its quest for excellence through its fine and harmonious Champagne wines.

Duck-Duchêne
Founded in 1868 by the union of a cooper (Victor Canard) and a winemaker (Léonie Duchêne), Maison Canard-Duchêne combines authenticity and originality by offering champagnes that combine fruit, intensity, and complexity thanks to its iconic Pinot Noir. Canard-Duchêne became an internationally renowned champagne, even entering the very exclusive circle of the court of Tsar Nicholas II. It is today known to be among the finest Champagnes in the world.

La Campagnoise
Created in 1970, The grandparents sold their fresh geese at the Brive market in Corrèze. This is where the adventure of La Campagnoise began. Taken over as a family business, it now specializes in the creation of delicious duck-based products. Ready-made meals, terrines, and of course, foie gras, are the company's flagship products, always with the quality and expertise of the Southwest.

Grolière house
Founded in 1960 by Jeanne Grolière, the family business of Périgourdine preserves specializes in the production of quality Foie Gras. Today run by his two sons, Jean-Marc and Jacques, proud of a list of more than 49 medals received only at the famous Concours Général Agricole de Paris.

Erisay's jars
Les Bocaux d'Erisay is a family business producing artisanal specialties in Normandy. Initially a caterer specializing in receptions, they launched a range of preserves during the pandemic. With their many years of experience in the restaurant business, the Erisay couple share their expertise in their glass jars.

Emile's workshop
Traditions des Ardennes is located between Reims and Charleville-Mézières. Established in In the heart of the Ardennes, this is the new benchmark for innovative charcuterie products. Specializing in canned charcuterie, they offer five signature recipes from their region.

Bedouin Provence
Founded in 1833, Bedouin Provence is the simple and authentic story of a family business, a former almond crusher located in Provence, which has existed for more than two centuries. Bedouin Provence first masters almonds in all their forms, perpetuating traditional know-how from one generation to the next. All their products are packaged in their workshops in Provence.

Maffren Confectioner
Located in the heart of Provence, Maffren Confiseur has been perpetuating the art of artisanal confectionery for decades. It offers authentic recipes, respectful of Provençal traditions, and made from carefully selected ingredients. Each treat, whether nougats, calissons, or fruit jellies, is made without artificial colors or flavors, for a taste experience as authentic as it is delicious. Maffren Confiseur embodies timeless confectionery, where expertise, quality, and indulgence come together to delight the taste buds.

Cocoripop
Located in Centre Val de Loire, Cocoripop is an artisanal and organic confectionery.
True confectionery expertise, balanced recipes, high-quality ingredients with no artificial colors or flavors, and 100% organic. A confectionery in step with the times: healthy, pop, and delicious!

The orchards of the linden
Creates In 2001, the family farm was located in Deux-Sèvres (79). They produce artisanally pure juices, all without alcohol, added sugar, colorings or additives. This producer, close to home and multi-award winning, was an obvious choice.

Patrick Font - Emile Vergeois
There are 30 For 19 years, Patrick Font has been developing the cultivation of apples and cherries that thrive on their hillsides. He then sold the produce at markets. In 1991, he decided to set up a workshop, and two years later, he was producing high-end fruit juice packaged in 33-litre bottles. cl. Today, 18 people are employed, and the company exports worldwide.

The saffron of the chair
Keen to innovate in the agricultural sector, Guy and Collette founded Safran de la Chaise, a family farming business, in 2009. They transform their produce into jams, jellies, syrups, and condiments. They offer their gourmet products at numerous fairs and events throughout the year.

Apisphere
Apisphère is the story of two young people, Matéo and Théo, who are passionate about good products and their region. Founders of the brand, their wish is to rediscover high-quality, premium products from the hive. As French-made manufacturers of unique, gourmet products, they now offer a range of honey exclusively sourced from the Périgord region.

Cathala
Cathala House is committed to the principles of a job well done, “ has the old one " Precision is at the heart of their practice. Laurent Cathala, an artisan chocolatier with extensive experience in high-end chocolate making, and across the world (Hong Kong, Malaysia, Scotland and Switzerland where he lived) settled in Niort with his wife Brlandine in 2005, where they continue to reinvent themselves and share their expertise.

Michel Huvelin
The son and grandson of pastry chefs, Michel Huvelin, the brand's creator, has been working with chocolate for over forty years. In 2003, Huvelin was awarded a Blue Ribbon, a prestigious accolade in the sweet trade. Now taken over by one of the employees, the range includes around fifty different chocolates, ganaches, and pralines, not to mention the mogettes or the famous candied angelica from the Poitevin marsh.

Marguerite in Burgundy
Based in southern Burgundy, Marguerite en Bourgogne handcrafts organic sweet and aperitif biscuits responsibly using primarily French ingredients. This includes wheat, grown and milled into flour 15 km from the workshop. Since 2018, Marguerite en Bourgogne has been creating simple and delicious recipes, rich in quality ingredients.

Mumu cookies
Located in Provence in the Cévennes, Les Biscuits de Mumu aims to introduce or reintroduce the authentic flavor of old-fashioned biscuits, handmade thanks to their handcrafted. The award-winning couple proudly displays several of their brilliantly obtained awards.

Les Vergers de Gascogne
Founded in 1946, the artisanal fruit and vegetable cannery Vergers de Gascogne is setting up in the Gers, in Gascony. Specialist in fruit processing and vegetables, their productions are used by the most major brands and many Chefs starry. The main qualities of their manufacturing are: the selection of their raw materials, the always artisanal manufacturing, as well as the care taken in the design of their products.

GLOSEK Gourmet
In 1998, Michel Glosek gave life to his new project, Glosek Gourmet. The artisanal business explored a small niche: combining tradition and innovation. Today, it is exactly as he imagined it: family-oriented and friendly, a dynamic company now managed by his wife Sandrine, who naturally took over the torch after his passing in October 2021, proudly defending the values dear to Michel.
