The prices of our products are indicated on the website in euros inclusive of all taxes, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs.

Cestcela.fr reserves the right to change its prices at any time. When an order is placed, products will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is validated.

The products remain the property of cestcela.fr until full payment of the price.

Special case of orders sent outside the European Union

If you are ordering from a country outside the European Union, you are considered the importer of the product(s) in question. Customs duties, local taxes, or import taxes may apply. These charges are your responsibility, both in terms of declaration and payment. We advise you to check with your local authorities before placing your order.

Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes. Businesses with an intra-community VAT number can request an invoice excluding VAT by contacting our team beforehand.

Article 3 - Processing and shipping fees

Processing and shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination country, and chosen delivery method. They include order preparation and shipping.

  • Colissimo then Post Office of the destination country (2 to 7 working days depending on the country)

  • DPD (24 to 72 hours depending on the country)

  • DHL Express (24 to 48 hours depending on the country)

Article 5 - Order Confirmation

Client Validation

You acknowledge that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. Therefore, validating your order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. For orders placed directly on our website or by telephone if you have provided us with an email address, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by www.cestcela.fr constitute proof of all transactions that have taken place between www.cestcela.fr and its clients.

Validation by cestcela.fr

Upon receipt of the orders, cestcela.fr ensures the consistency of the data provided. As part of its policy to combat fraudulent payments, cestcela.fr reserves the right to conduct any necessary investigation before validating an order. This may include, in particular, requesting proof of address or your bank details. When such a procedure is initiated, order validation is suspended. If the order is not validated within 15 days, the order will be canceled and any payments made will be refunded.

Article 6 - Products

Availability

Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website, subject to available stock.

In the event that one of the products included in one of our gourmet baskets is unavailable ordered on our site, we reserve the right to replace it with one or more products of equivalent or greater value, as long as this modification does not change the general spirit of the basket or its visual theme.

Article 7 - Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address or collection point indicated during the ordering process. Deliveries are made by the following services:

  • Colissimo then Post Office of the destination country (2 to 7 working days depending on the country)

  • DPD (24 to 72 hours depending on the country)

  • DHL Express (24 to 48 hours depending on the country)

Orders placed before noon are shipped the same day, and those placed after are shipped the following day. Orders placed after noon on Friday are shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Public holidays are considered Sundays.

Article 8 - Delivery Times

At the time of order confirmation, an estimated delivery time is provided. Our team makes every effort to meet this estimate. However, this estimate remains indicative and not contractual. Please note that delays may occur, particularly during periods of high volume (such as Christmas), on public holidays in destination countries, or due to logistical disruptions.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left. You can then collect the package from the indicated location, upon presentation of identification. If the package is not claimed within 9 to 15 days, depending on the country and delivery service used, it will be returned to us. We will notify you by email.

For any order provided with a recipient's mobile phone number, the recipient will be notified by the delivery service providing a delivery slot.

Article 9 - Delivery deadlines

The delivery times mentioned in Article 8 correspond to the delivery times generally observed. In accordance with current legislation, we undertake to deliver orders within the following timeframes:

  • Destination: France : within a maximum period of 15 days following receipt of payment.

  • Destination: the European Union and Switzerland : within a maximum period of 20 days following receipt of payment.


Article 10 - Payment

Payment for your purchases is made cash, according to the following means:

  • By bank card directly on our secure site (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, e-Carte Bleue), via the solution Stripe, in conjunction with our bank CIC.

  • By bank card by phone.

  • By PayPal.

Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received and cleared. No payment extensions will be granted.

THE discount codes are applicable only to the amount of the products (excluding shipping costs), and provided that the order amount reaches at least the value of the voucher. Offers are not neither cumulative nor retroactive, and cannot be applied once the order has been confirmed. Vouchers entitling the holder to free products are valid. while stocks last and until their expiry date.


Article 11 - After-Sales Service & Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a 15-day processing time from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or incur a penalty.

To exercise this right, please contact us beforehand:

Refunds for the products in question will be issued within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your request, subject to the return of the products in accordance with the terms of the order.

⚠️ THE return shipping these costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

THE open products, used, or whose packaging has been damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Packages delivered late

In the event of failure to meet delivery deadlines, That's it. undertakes to conduct any necessary investigation with the carrier and to reimburse the initial shipping costs.
Apart from this refund, no delay will give rise to compensation, penalty, withholding or cancellation of pending orders.
The customer will be informed as soon as possible of any delays.


Returned packages or delivery problems (not attributable to C'est Cela)

If a package is returned to us for one of the following reasons:

  • incomplete or incorrect delivery address,

  • Package not collected within the allotted time.

  • refusal to accept without valid justification

We will then offer the client two solutions:

  1. Returning the order, upon payment of initial shipping costs (as indicated when placing the order) + 10 € treatment.

  2. Order refund, deduced from initial shipping costs + 10 € treatment.

No claim will be accepted without prior notification from our logistics team.


Lost or undelivered packages

In the event of a confirmed loss of the package by the carrier, and if the customer has never received delivery, That's it. undertakes to carry out a reshipment at no extra cost.

If the error is confirmed:

This contract is subject to the French law. The language of the contract is French.
