Article 11 - After-Sales Service
You have a period of 15 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from www. that's it. en without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, we ask you to contact our customer service by email at contact@atlantisfrance. en or by phone at 05 49 80 32 45. We will reimburse you for the product(s) concerned within a maximum period of 30 days following your request. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions. ) Return address: 2 Rue Centrale, 79150 Voulmentin, France.
We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or whose packaging has been damaged. No product returns or replacements will be accepted.

Parcels delivered out of time

Parcel lost / not arrived

Order preparation errors

Article 12 - Reimbursement

For payments by credit card, either by voucher or by credit to the customer's bank account, or by check.
For payments by check or bank transfer, reimbursement either by purchase order or by bank check sent to the name of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address.
In the case of total or partial payment by gift vouchers, these cannot be refunded in cash, by check or by bank card. Reimbursement of purchases made by gift vouchers will be made exclusively in the form of gift vouchers.
