Article 11 - After-Sales Service & Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a 15-day processing time from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or incur a penalty.

To exercise this right, please contact us beforehand:

Refunds for the products in question will be issued within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your request, subject to the return of the products in accordance with the terms of the order.

⚠️ THE return shipping these costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

THE open products, used, or whose packaging has been damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Packages delivered late

In the event of failure to meet delivery deadlines, That's it. undertakes to conduct any necessary investigation with the carrier and to reimburse the initial shipping costs.
Apart from this refund, no delay will give rise to compensation, penalty, withholding or cancellation of pending orders.
The customer will be informed as soon as possible of any delays.


Returned packages or delivery problems (not attributable to C'est Cela)

If a package is returned to us for one of the following reasons:

  • incomplete or incorrect delivery address,

  • Package not collected within the allotted time.

  • refusal to accept without valid justification

We will then offer the client two solutions:

  1. Returning the order, upon payment of initial shipping costs (as indicated when placing the order) + 10 € treatment.

  2. Order refund, deduced from initial shipping costs + 10 € treatment.

No claim will be accepted without prior notification from our logistics team.


Lost or undelivered packages

In the event of a confirmed loss of the package by the carrier, and if the customer has never received delivery, That's it. undertakes to carry out a reshipment at no extra cost.

Defective or damaged products

If the error is confirmed:

Article 12 - Reimbursement

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible and no later than 30 days after exercising the corresponding right, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

Depending on the initial payment method:

  • Payment by bank card: refund via the Shopify Payments platform directly to the associated account.

  • Payment by bank transfer or check: refund by check or credit note, sent to the billing address.

  • Partial or full payment by gift voucher : refund only in the form of an asset, Non-refundable in cash, card or check.
