- Grape varieties Predominantly Chenin Blanc, with a touch of Chardonnay
- Winemaking : Hand-harvested, slow pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, then second fermentation in the bottle with 15 months of aging on lees to refine the texture and aromatic complexity.
- Dress Pale yellow with golden highlights, with a fine and persistent bubble.
- Nose Delicate aromas of white flowers, pear and brioche, accompanied by a touch of fresh almond.
