Caractéristiques :
- Appellation : Champagne AOC
- Cépages : 60 % Pinot Meunier, 40 % Pinot Noir
- Vinification : Fermentation en cuves inox thermorégulées, seconde fermentation en bouteille avec un vieillissement sur lies de minimum 2 ans pour affiner sa texture et sa richesse.
- Robe : Jaune doré aux reflets lumineux, avec une mousse fine et persistante.
- Nez : Arômes de fruits blancs et d’agrumes, complétés par des notes briochées et de fruits secs.
