- Grape variety: Muscat d’Hambourg 100%
Winemaking and Aging :
- Harvest: Manual
- Alcohol content: 16.5°
- Process:
- Delicate pressing of the grapes
- Assembly of grape must (fresh, unfermented grape juice) with an Eau de Vie Blanche from Languedoc selected for its aromatic qualities, called Mutage
- Ageing for several months for clarification and refining
- Bottling by hand, without filtration or technical process altering the aromas
