Ordering was easy, but once I received the order copy I had no notification of shipment for several days. I then sent a follow-up email, with no response. I finally found the customer service phone number. To understand that I had to pay extra for shipping to Greece…. Even if after the resolution of this problem was effective, I regret having had to restart and took the steps to resolve the problem.. The product has finally arrived..
